How you can add an email signature to your outlook

1. Open outlook.

2. Click on Tell me what you want to do.

3. Type signature.

4. Click on signature.

5. Click on the bottom of the dropdown menu signatures.

6. Click on new.

7. Below choose default signature select the newly made signature in the new messages and replies/forwards dropdowns.

8. Now you can create your signature in the field below, if you are using a custom email signature paste it here as rich text.
